Return window: 30 days from delivery.

Eligibility

  • Unopened & unused: refund to original payment method.
  • Opened but lightly tested: store credit only.
  • Opened body products, lip balms, applicators, or items marked final sale: not returnable for health and hygiene reasons.

How to start a return

  1. Email hello@aestheticsbykell.com with your order number, the items you’re returning, and the reason.
  2. We will reply with an RMA number and instructions. Returns sent without an RMA may be refused.
  3. Pack items securely in the original (or comparable) packaging and include your packing slip or proof of purchase.
  4. Ship the package within 7 days of receiving your RMA.

Return shipping costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping.
  • If your item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will provide a prepaid label at no charge.

Inspection & refund timing
Returns are inspected within 3 business days of arrival. Approved refunds or store credits are issued immediately; banks typically post refunds within 3–5 business days.

EXCHANGES
Because inventory moves quickly, place a new order for the item you want and process your original purchase as a return using the steps above.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Gift cards, promotional freebies, opened personal-care products, and anything marked final sale.
