Return window: 30 days from delivery.
Eligibility
- Unopened & unused: refund to original payment method.
- Opened but lightly tested: store credit only.
- Opened body products, lip balms, applicators, or items marked final sale: not returnable for health and hygiene reasons.
How to start a return
- Email hello@aestheticsbykell.com with your order number, the items you’re returning, and the reason.
- We will reply with an RMA number and instructions. Returns sent without an RMA may be refused.
- Pack items securely in the original (or comparable) packaging and include your packing slip or proof of purchase.
- Ship the package within 7 days of receiving your RMA.
Return shipping costs
- Customers are responsible for return shipping.
- If your item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will provide a prepaid label at no charge.
Inspection & refund timing
Returns are inspected within 3 business days of arrival. Approved refunds or store credits are issued immediately; banks typically post refunds within 3–5 business days.
EXCHANGES
Because inventory moves quickly, place a new order for the item you want and process your original purchase as a return using the steps above.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Gift cards, promotional freebies, opened personal-care products, and anything marked final sale.
