Subscription boxes bill on the 1st day of the month they ship. We try to get them out the first or second week of that month. They ship in January, April, July, & October. Your card on file will be billed on the 1st of the month they ship, not 3 months from the time you signed up.
There are no returns on subscription boxes, but you are free to cancel anytime before you are charged! If you have a damaged box, reach out to us right away so we can get you a replacement.
They are available for in-store pick up or shipping! You can select your preference at check out. We will contact you when they are ready for pick up!
