Order Processing
Orders are processed as quickly as possible—typically within 24–48 hours Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders placed after 12 PM EST or on weekends will be processed the next business day.
You will receive an email confirmation once your order has shipped, including tracking details so you can follow your package’s journey.
Shipping Rates & Delivery
- Free shipping on U.S. orders over $100 (before tax and after discounts).
- All orders are shipped via USPS, UPS, or FedEx, depending on your location and order size.
Standard delivery typically takes 3–7 business days after shipment. Expedited shipping options may be available at checkout for an additional cost.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear after you receive your notification.
Delivery Issues
Lost or delayed packages: If your order appears delayed or missing, please first check with the carrier using your tracking number. If the carrier cannot locate your package, contact us at hello@aestheticsbykell.com and we will assist you in opening a claim.
Incorrect shipping information: Please verify your shipping address before placing an order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address entered by the customer.
International Shipping
At this time, Aesthetics by Kell ships only within the United States. We hope to expand our international shipping options in the future.
Preorders & Backordered Items
If your order includes a preorder or backordered item, the full order may be held until all items are available to ship. We will contact you if your order is expected to be delayed by more than seven business days.
Order Changes or Cancellations
We begin processing orders quickly, so if you need to make a change or cancel your order, please contact us immediately at hello@aestheticsbykell.com. Once an order has entered fulfillment, we may be unable to modify or cancel it.
